Robert Fripp bops, hops and flies on the guitar. Not quite post-punk, more like messy, punky virtuosity. Fripp's playing is as always complex and intricate while the rest of the band (coming from a punk background) add enough energy to avoid pretentious noodling. The League of Gentlemen played a total of 77 gigs between April and November of 1980. This official album features the original line-up
